Between $5,000 – $10,000. Yes. Our President, Shaun Murray, views the one-time charges as a short-sighted view of the long-term goal. Get a credit union on our system and show them why they should WANT to re-sign time after time. Don’t create a speedbump for something that has to be a long-term commitment for both parties. Our conversion charge is straightforward and is used for the certification timelines that our Team has to be a part of to ensure a smooth conversion.

Nope. We have vendors that we really have a great partnership and share that when asked. There are few things more frustrating than wanting to deploy a solution and being told no because your Core has a solution. Sad. There are vendors that don’t want to partner with us because they require an exclusive service agreement and we are not going to do that. Credit unions process differently and have ideas that are their own, we strive to provide that choice.

We will never jeopardize our superior customer support. Through the controlled growth model, we are making sure we meet the expectations we sell ourselves on. If we lose sight of that, we have failed ourselves and our clients.

Absolutely. We are experiencing a 20-40% growth year after year. We roll out enhancements and have a plethora of solutions that our clients deploy when they are ready. That and new clients create a growth structure that lends itself well to a company focused on efficiency and no debt.

The short answer is all sizes. With our approach of offering a plethora of ESP built solutions and our willingness to partner with Vendors; our company can and does serve all sizes of credit unions. The technology that we have implemented leaves no concern for the system’s ability to process transactions, run multiple sessions, etc. Regardless of what you may have been told in the past, ANY Core can process for any credit union, some of us just do it better is all. You have to be concerned about is what are you trying to build, we are the perfect foundation for your success.

We push updates like you receive Windows updates. You receive a pop-up at login stating “Would you like to Update?” If you choose not to update, it will auto-update overnight. This keeps all clients running smoothly and allows our Team to push updates when needed.

This totally depends on the number of updates that require front-end, compared to those that are simply back-end updates. We push more back-end updates than front-end updates. If we find that there are enhancements that clients should have, we push an update. There is nothing more frustrating than waiting on enhancement and your Core sitting on it for a year, we don’t process that way. Get it in your hands is our philosophy.

We chose to pull the cord on building an app. Why? We choose to focus on Core, the relationship, and enhancing integrations.  Your members will “judge” your credit union on Social Media and App Stores, you owe them the best solution that fits your needs and you can afford to deploy. A core processor will never be able to keep up with the companies in the market, like HomeCU, Tyfone and more (which we partner with).
